We also have a busy Land and Planning department that buys land from a variety of sources including public bodies, charities, individuals and companies. We buy land with or without planning permission or vacant possession and we always recognise and pay for introductions where they are effective.
We buy land principally for residential development but we also buy land for mixed use development, both new build and refurbishment, anywhere within a forty minute drive of St Albans.
